basically i feel like im dying. and im smoking more cigarettes than ever. not getting sleep. and not eating.

here's a list of my phobias

-claustrophobia: anxiety experienced in tightly enclosed spaces.

-mysophobia: pathological fear of exposure to unsanitary or disease producing substances. (explains my public restroom fear, and also the obsessive washing of my hands)

-arachnophobia: profound distress caused by spiders.

-acrophobia: intense dread of heights.

-necrophobia: morbid dread of one's own demise. (see above paragraph)
